** Essential Criteria
*** Good general education.
* Care Certificate, or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe.
* Experience of working under supervision and supporting colleagues within a team environment.
* Experience of delivering patient-centred care.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and recognise own limitations.
* Good typing, data entry, organisational, and time management skills.
* Ability to safely undertake patient moving and handling and delegated nursing/therapy tasks following training.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
** Desirable Criteria
*** Experience of working within community healthcare services, the NHS, or an acute/urgent care setting.
