What You'll Be Doing- Leading, inspiring and developing your team
- Driving guest experience and operational excellence
- Building a positive and high-performing culture
- Supporting recruitment, retention and development
- Driving commercial performance and profitability
- Maintaining compliance and operational standards
- Acting as an ambassador for The New World Trading Company within your community
We're looking for a proven hospitality leader who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people and guest experience. Previous General Manager experience within hospitality is essential.
