Your Expertise. Our Capability. Organisational Excellence.

At Curo, we're building organisational capability that transforms how we deliver homes and services – and we need a Learning and Organisational Development Partner to deliver the onboarding experience and develop the colleagues and managers who drive our success.

This isn't about delivering training courses. You'll be the experienced professional who owns our onboarding journey, working closely with our Organisational Development Lead to ensure every colleague and manager has the competence and confidence to excel from day one and beyond.

You'll manage quarterly development cycles, deliver programmes for manager cohorts, and create the Curo learning brand that makes development accessible, engaging and impactful for everyone.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the learning professional who delivers development experiences that build organisational capability, with equal focus on colleague and manager excellence.

  • Owning the complete onboarding journey for new colleagues and internal movers
  • Managing quarterly cycles of new manager development, applying frameworks to specific needs
  • Delivering skills assessments and creating personalised learning pathways
  • Mapping colleague movements to learning requirements using our competency frameworks
Manager and Colleague Development
  • Running action‑learning sets and organising manager cohorts for peer learning
  • Providing coaching support to increase competence and confidence across all levels
  • Delivering development programmes that build high‑performing teams and individual capability
  • Continuously evaluating and improving: is learning designed well, engaging, delivered effectively, and accessible?
Learning Experience Design
  • Creating the Curo learning brand that makes development engaging and accessible
  • Using our Learning Management System (Skill Gate) to deliver core skills like digital competency, data protection, EDI, and manual handling
  • Innovating learning delivery – from gamified trades training to recorded sessions
  • Ensuring all learning is inclusive and meets diverse colleague needs
Performance Optimisation
  • Using frameworks to map what's required for optimal performance across all roles
  • Managing quarterly cycles of identifying learning needs and delivering solutions
  • Collaborating with the OD Lead (Learning & Performance) to ensure strategic alignment
  • Measuring impact and continuously improving the learning experience
What you’ll get in return

Beyond your salary and the opportunity to shape how we perform, you'll get:

  • 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
  • Birthday off as an extra holiday plus holiday trading options
  • Up to 10% matched pension contribution with 6× salary life assurance
  • Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
  • Employee benefits platform including health cash plan, cycle‑to‑work scheme, gym memberships and thousands of discounts
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeing
More about you

We're looking for an experienced learning professional who understands what colleagues and managers need to succeed and can deliver development experiences that build real organisational capability. You're experienced enough to know what competence looks like and passionate about making learning engaging and accessible.

  • CIPD membership or equivalent professional learning qualification
  • Experience leading manager development programmes and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of what managers need to be competent and confident
  • Skills in Learning Management Systems and digital learning design
  • Experience running cohorts, action‑learning sets, or group development programmes
  • Ability to create engaging, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences
