Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Bath. The role is on-site and involves advising senior leaders and managing recruitment processes while driving best HR practices across the multi-site operation.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and previous HR experience, with strong employee relations and communication skills. You will manage training initiatives and support the development of junior HR staff while enjoying a supportive team environment.
