HR Operations Manager

We're working with an established organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity.

This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of HR operations, lead a small team, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, commercially focused people service across multiple locations.
