Recruitment Co-ordinator

We’re delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a People & Recruitment Co-ordinator based in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a highly administrative role and enjoys keeping processes organised, accurate and running smoothly. Supporting both recruitment and HR activities, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees alike. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week on site.

• Managing recruitment administration from advert through to onboarding
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
• Maintaining HR systems and employee records
• Supporting payroll administration
• Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Providing wider administrative support to the team as required.

• Previous HR, recruitment or administration experience
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Someone with a strong work ethic who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.
