• Manage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain the Workable applicant tracking system, ensuring high data accuracy
• Conduct candidate phone screenings, evaluate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations
• Build positive relationships with hiring managers and provide best-practice recruitment guidance
• Organise interview logistics, manage feedback collection, and lead offer negotiations
• Coordinate recruitment processes across the business with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and internal teams

• Experience using Linked In Recruiter or similar candidate sourcing platforms
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workable or other candidate databases
• Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting a positive candidate journey
