Frazer Jones is seeking an organised HR Assistant to support a professional services organisation in Bath on a temporary 3-month contract. The role covers onboarding through to offboarding, handling HR administration and data accuracy, with a hybrid working pattern of two days onsite.
The successful candidate will manage employee records, assist with contracts and correspondence, and provide frontline HR support to managers. Immediate start preferred in a fast-paced People team environment.
