We have a rare opportunity to join our support team as a Customer & Application Support Specialist.
This is a full-time, permanent position working in a hybrid model, with regular team meet-ups in our Bath office. Spending time together in person is important to us and helps maintain our strong, collaborative culture, ensuring you feel fully connected to the team and the wider business.
You will be the trusted first point of contact for our lender clients; the person they rely on when it matters most. This role is about delivering an exceptional customer experience; responding with urgency, communicating clearly and ensuring every issue is handled with care, ownership and professionalism.
You will solve problems, investigate issues and ensure our business-critical software performs flawlessly. It is a fast-paced, varied and highly visible role, perfect for someone who takes pride in providing the highest level of customer service and building trusted relationships.
If you’re technically curious, naturally analytical, and passionate about helping customers succeed, this role will keep you challenged and developing every day.
Previous experience in a relevant customer support, application support or technical support role is required.
