Juice is partnering with our client in the search for a temp to perm Solutions Engineer. This opportunity is a fantastic opportunity to join a start up and take your skills to the next level. This will be perfect for someone with a love for AI and data who also has strong customer service skills.

• Be a front-line point of contact for customer technical support, helping to triage, investigate, and resolve issues raised through support tickets, email, calls, or internal escalations.
• Help customers understand how to use the system effectively, especially during onboarding, configuration, and early product adoption.
• Report and document bugs for the engineering team to be fixed.
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Customer Success, customers, Product, and Engineering.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve support, documentation, QA, onboarding, customer research, internal process improvement, and product feedback loops.

• Extensive experience using various AI platforms.
• Preferred familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script, React, Python, or SQL.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good operational awareness / multitasking.

• Hybrid working from Bath (3 office / 2 home).
