The Transformation Team drives strategic, organisation-wide change by coordinating technology, people, and processes to deliver well-governed, outcome-driven initiatives. It leads major cross-functional programmes - from business integration to platform modernisation - ensuring strong governance, alignment to business goals, and measurable delivery outcomes. The team acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring programmes are delivered consistently, transparently, and with demonstrable business value.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Transformation team and be part of a strategic platform transformation programme, with a specific focus on the delivery of a successful platform migration.

The role requires expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and preferably experience within the UK platform and wealth management industry.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the planning and delivery of work streams within the programme, to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the business and our customers.

This role will be on an initial 12-18 month fixed term contract basis.

• Project Planning & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and own a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure that the scope, objectives, and success criteria are tracked to and met.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, technical SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
  • Drive structured change management, communication, and user adoption activities.
  • Apply consistent project methodologies and maintain project artefacts.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure alignment on project objectives and execute delivery.
