• Provide clear, practical advice on private client matters, including Wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), and estate administration.
• Manage your own caseload from initial client meetings to completion, developing trusted relationships throughout.
• Draft legal documents that help clients plan and protect their wealth effectively.
• Communicate confidently and clearly with clients, both in person and in writing, making complex matters easy to understand.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues and support staff, helping to develop talent within the team.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm's approach to client service.
