Conveyancer / Solicitor / Legal Executive – Locations:
Exmouth, Chard & Taunton
• Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 DOE
• Type:
Full-time (flexible working considered). We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional law firm who are continuing to grow their Conveyancing teams across Somerset and Devon.

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, and associated matters
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly
• (Taunton role) Supporting and guiding junior team members

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
• Proven experience running a caseload independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Team-focused, professional, and client-driven approach
• For the Taunton role, some team management or mentoring experience is desirable

Roles are ideally full-time and office-based. Flexible working / some WFH can be considered for the right candidate.
