• Strategic input and an opportunity to influence and further the growth of the team
• Work collaboratively together across the firm's other offices specialising in the acquisition, sale and development of land for an array of national and SME Residential Developers and Registered Providers
• Work closely with other teams including full support from tax, planning, environmental, construction and Real Estate litigation
• An excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment with an excellent track record of progression for senior and experienced hires

• 8+ years PQE
• Demonstrable history of business development
• Experience managing and mentoring junior associates
