Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal aream currently working with a well-regarded and friendly law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established team.

You will be responsible for managing an interesting and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing files
• Building strong rapport with clients and maintaining excellent levels of client care
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with local estate agents and introducers
• Supporting and contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture
• Maintaining high professional and compliance standards at all times
