Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Bath
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE
Experience: 2-4 PQE or equivalent
Working Arrangement: Full-time, flexibility subject to agreement

TSR Legal is working with an established Bath law firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its property offering.

The firm acts for a broad range of private individuals, including homeowners, investors and clients purchasing higher-value residential properties.

The Bath property market offers interesting technical work, particularly concerning period properties, listed buildings and more complicated ownership arrangements.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys detailed property work and providing a highly personal service to clients.

The successful candidate will handle residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and higher-value residential matters.

Experience dealing with listed buildings, leasehold apartments, restrictive covenants, easements and more complex title arrangements would be especially useful.

You will be responsible for advising clients throughout the conveyancing process, identifying and resolving potential issues and ensuring transactions progress effectively.

The firm is particularly interested in applicants with at least 2 years’ PQE, although conveyancers with equivalent experience will also be considered.
