The Brook, a 335‑bed property, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on a rota basis.

Are you a problem‑solver with a knack for fixing things? If you thrive in ensuring smooth operations, handling minor reactive repairs, and carrying out planned maintenance, this role is for you. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for statutory compliance, manage large commercial waste bins housed outside the building, and serve as the go‑to expert for all maintenance matters, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for residents.
