Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with one of Bath's most well-regarded independent boutique hotels to recruit a Hotel Maintenance & Property Coordinator
. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning property that proudly knownfor exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
As the hotel enters this exciting new chapter, they're looking for an experienced, proactive maintenance professional who takes genuine pride in creating exceptional environments.

This is a part-time role, 30 hours a week.
DAY TO DAY- Deliver planned preventative maintenance across the hotel.
- Complete regular inspections of guest bedrooms and public areas.
- Carry out plumbing, decorating, painting, carpentry and general building repairs.
- Complete basic electrical work where appropriately qualified.
- Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures and fittings.
- Coordinate specialist contractors when required.
- Monitor maintenance stock and order supplies.
- Support compliance checks and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain the external appearance of the property.
- Assist with refurbishment and room improvement projects.
- Previous maintenance experience within hotels, hospitality or luxury property environments.
- Strong multi-trade skills, including plumbing, decorating, carpentry and general maintenance.
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A friendly, collaborative attitude.
- A full UK driving license.
- £30,000–£33,500 salary, depending on experience.
- Approximately 30 hours per week
, typically 10:00am–3:00pm Monday to Friday
