We're supporting a major UK retail organisation in the search for a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across the Bath and Somerset region. This is a high-profile role with full accountability for people, standards, performance, and commercial results.

• Leading a group of store managers to deliver outstanding commercial performance.

• Driving operational excellence across all stores in your region.

• Coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.

• Identifying growth opportunities and improving store profitability.

• Working closely with senior leadership to deliver company-wide strategies.

• Proven experience managing multiple retail stores.

• Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to improve KPIs and customer experience.

• 65,000- 70,000 basic salary
