• Operational Management:
  Leading the site team, managing daily schedules, key holding, and responding to operational issues across the site.
• H&S and Compliance:
  Full responsibility for site security, fire safety, and ensuring all necessary statutory and insurance checks are completed promptly.
• Maintenance Oversight:
  Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes and supervising external specialist contractors.

• Contract:
  
  Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
• Salary Range:
  Highly competitive salary (ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 per annum).
• Essential Requirements:
  Significant experience in premises or site management, strong H&S knowledge, and excellent team leadership skills.
