You are in charge of your own business - that means that working alongside your head chef and operations manager, you decide what goes on your menu – and have the freedom to write those recipes from scratch, as well as deciding what sales driving events you do which fit the vision and business plan of your pub.

As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.
