You'll bring senior-level procurement expertise from an infrastructure-led environment, alongside strong leadership capability and commercial judgement.

You'll be confident in leading procurement activity that falls under regulated procurement with strong framework experience, and be comfortable managing complexity, influencing stakeholders and delivering compliant procurement solutions at scale.

You'll also have:

  • substantial procurement experience within the water, utilities, construction or infrastructure sectors
  • strong background in regulated procurement and large-scale capital delivery or framework management
  • proven experience negotiating and managing complex, high-value contracts and supplier relationships
  • significant people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
  • excellent commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and performance reporting
  • a solid understanding of procurement governance, risk management and supplier performance management
  • the ability to collaborate and influence across technical, commercial and corporate stakeholders
