Electrical Site Manager
Bath, Somerset, UK – Full‑time position. Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum plus travel allowance, bonus, pension, holiday, stay‑aways expensed, private medical insurance, and technical progression.
Your RoleAs an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and manage MEP site teams, ensuring the successful delivery of all MEP aspects within budget and timeframe. You will guarantee health & safety, quality, and compliance standards, and coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage MEP site teams to ensure successful delivery of all MEP aspects within budget and timeframe.
- Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with construction team, subcontractors, and key stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Strong background as an Industrial Electrician or Supervisor within industrial, manufacturing, data centre or similar environments.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex MEP/Electrical packages.
- Based anywhere within commutable distance to Bath or willing to stay away.
