Our client is a well established and award winning funder helping UK businesses to grow. Due to ambitious plans for growth they are recruiting a Payouts Manager to look after a small team in their Bath office.

They are looking for a motivated, engaging individual, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with role model qualities to coach and mentor a dynamic team.

The Payouts Manager will be responsible for managing the Payouts function within Asset Finance. They will be required to lead the team and assist in the processing and activation of successful asset finance applications. They will be an excellent communicator, role model and team leader, able to train and adapt their style to suit staff needs. The role requires a hands‑on approach and so this person must be both an effective team leader and a “doer”.

Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver business goals, meets SLAs, and ensure that policies and procedures are effective and streamlined.
