Alongside in Bath is seeking a passionate Service Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation for Autistic Adults. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, ensure contractual standards are met, and foster a positive, inclusive environment for staff and clients.
You will manage the team of Support Workers, drive service improvement, supervise performance, and build strong external partnerships with commissioners. DBS checks apply and on-call rota is required.
