Master Data Management (MDM) is a new and strategically important capability  we implement our new ERP landscape, we're building a global MDM function to ensure master data quality supports operational excellence across the business.

We're looking for an experienced MDM Lead – Finance & Product to establish, embed, and continuously evolve our MDM capability. This is a unique opportunity to lead the governance, quality, and management of Finance and Product master data across a global organisation while managing a team of MDM Analysts.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the global expert for Finance and Product master data governance, standards, and processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of two MDM Analysts.
  • Drive data quality improvements and ensure master data integrity across business systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT, and third-party providers to identify and deliver process improvements.
  • Develop and enforce MDM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Define and monitor data quality metrics, implementing solutions to address risks and opportunities.
  • Support ERP and business transformation initiatives through MDM leadership and expertise.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and deliver training to users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams both cross-functionality and geographically.
  • Ability to influence and facilitate others to apply agreed standards and ways of working.
  • Ability to think logically and analytically.
  • Ability to deal with high levels of complexity, change and evolving processes, often at short notice.
  • Ability to be proactive within a fast-paced dynamic environment
