Hours:

45 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Shift: 5:00pm - 2:00am

Pay: £15.70 (depending on experience)

We're looking for enthusiastic and skilled Bakers to join a busy artisan bakery in Bath. If you have a passion for producing high-quality breads and baked goods and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of artisan breads and bakery products.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor dough development and baking processes.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day bakery operations.
• Help maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.

• Previous bakery or food production experience is preferred.
• A passion for artisan baking and producing high-quality products.
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
