The Bertinet Bakery in Bath is seeking a Head Baker to lead the night shift team and oversee production of handcrafted breads and pastries. You will manage bakery operations, ensuring top quality while maintaining an efficient, organized workflow.
Applicants should have extensive baking experience, strong leadership, expertise in dough handling and fermentation, and a solid understanding of health and safety standards. Night shift role with 5:00PM–2:00AM hours and a competitive hourly rate.
