We're looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing to build and scale a modern, AI-enabled revenue marketing function. This role will own demand generation, pipeline creation, content strategy, account-based marketing, SEO, social, thought leadership and marketing experimentation. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create a marketing engine that drives measurable growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and wants to redefine how B2B SaaS marketing operates in the age of AI.
CoreResponsibilities
1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation
Own pipeline generation targets across inbound and outbound marketing channels
Build and execute demand generation programmes that create qualified sales opportunities
Develop and scale account‑based marketing initiatives targeting ideal customer profiles
Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline velocity
Establish clear reporting on marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced pipeline
Develop and execute a content strategy focused on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics
Build founder‑led marketing programmes alongside the CEO and executive team
Create compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Jiminny in a competitive market
Drive thought leadership across Linked In, industry channels and revenue leadership communities
Ensure content supports every stage of the buyer journey
Design and run high‑impact marketing experiments across channels, audiences and formats
Explore emerging opportunities in AI‑powered marketing, LLM visibility and modern SEO
Continuously test new acquisition strategies, campaign approaches and growth initiatives
Identify scalable growth levers through data analysis and market insight
Own marketing technology, reporting and attribution frameworks
Measure performance across campaigns, channels and programmes
Monitor funnel conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Manage marketing budget allocation and maximise return on investment
Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into marketing performance
Establish processes and operating rhythms that enable marketing to scale efficiently
Leverage AI tools and automation to increase output and effectiveness
Help define the future structure of the marketing organisation
Build and lead a high‑performing team as the company grows
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM and revenue marketing principles
Experience owning campaigns from strategy through execution
Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience marketing revenue technology, sales technology or AI software
Exposure to founder‑led marketing strategies
Experience with marketing automation and AI‑enabled workflows
Previous experience building or scaling a marketing function
Familiarity with modern SEO and LLM optimisation strategies
Marketing is a predictable source of qualified pipeline growth
Strong alignment between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Measurable improvement in conversion rates across the funnel
Consistent execution of high‑quality demand generation programmes
Efficient marketing spend with clear ROI visibility
