Supporting the wider team, you'll also welcome new students and support their transition so they feel they belong in Bath.
One day you might be updating webpages or developing content for the MyBath app; the next you could be capturing content at a student dog walk, planning a wellbeing week or developing messaging for a university-wide campaign such as NeverOK.
- Create campaigns, content and communications that help students engage with services and build their own wellbeing
- Develop content across websites, newsletters, social media, digital screens and other communication channels
- Oversee the web presence, updating web content and keeping pages accurate and clear so students can access information and self-help support independently
- Use digital and social media channels to create and share content that promotes student wellbeing and communicates key messages
- Plan and deliver wellbeing events, campaigns and activities throughout the academic year
- Co-ordinate wellbeing weeks, events and workshops
- Work closely with colleagues across Student Support to showcase services and make sure students know where and how to access help
- Experience of creating engaging digital content and communications
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Able to turn complex information into clear and engaging messages
- Experience of co-ordinating events, campaigns or projects
- Enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships with others
- Passionate about helping students thrive
- Part-time, 32.85 hours a week (0.9 FTE), with the opportunity for some hybrid working
- May occasionally include evening and weekend work, particularly in September and October when new students arrive
- Generous annual leave, plus five additional discretionary days
- Employer contributory pension schemes
- Cycle to work scheme and electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
- Staff discount at the Team Bath gym
- Discounted postgraduate tuition and language courses, plus development opportunities such as apprenticeships and Linked In Learning
- Local discounts, including free entry to the Holburne Museum
- Relocation allowance
- Employee assistance services through Health Assured, including the Wisdom app
- Closing date:
Wednesday 14 October 2026 - Interview date:
Tuesday 3 November 2026 - Shortlisting may be anonymised
- Salary: starting from £31,861, rising to £38,448, pro rata
