The Salvation Army’s Employment Plus service is recruiting an Employability Practitioner to support participants facing barriers to employment. You will work to assess needs, offer a range of tools, and help individuals move closer to sustainable work across South East Dorset, including Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Weymouth and Dorchester.
You will build referrals with local charities, Job centres and community venues, source opportunities, and deliver tailored employability support.
