Dream Medical are working with a Hospital in the Bath area and require an experienced Band 5 nurse to cover regular ad-hoc sessions within a 28 bedded ward which provides rehabilitation and care to elderly patients.

Your role will be to plan the delivery of patient care and take responsibility for implementing and evaluating that care, using an appropriate nursing model. You will provide advice and education to patients, staff and learners within the directorate as required as well as developing communication networks across specialties and throughout the multidisciplinary team.

You must have at least 6 months experience of working on a Hospital ward as well as:

• Cannulation
• Venepuncture
• Wound Care & Dressings

Your role will be to plan the delivery of patient care and take responsibility for implementing and evaluating that care, using an appropriate nursing model. You will provide advice and education to patients, staff and learners within the directorate as required as well as developing communication networks across specialties and throughout the multidisciplinary team.
