Deliver Expert Care Through the Night. Imagine providing calm, skilled nursing care through the night — knowing your presence keeps someone safe, comfortable, and reassured while they sleep.

As a Waking Nights Registered Nurse with Aspire Care SW, you’ll deliver one-to-one, person-centred care for a male client in his own home in High Littleton. You will remain awake and alert for the full duration of every shift, monitoring health, responding to needs, and providing clinical support throughout the night.

This role offers the opportunity to use your nursing expertise in a focused, unhurried environment where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Do Throughout each waking night shift, you’ll provide consistent, high-quality care. You will:
 
Deliver individualised nursing care during waking night shifts (awake at all times)
Monitor the client’s condition overnight and respond promptly to any changes
Administer medications safely, including via jejunostomy
Support personal care, repositioning, and comfort as required overnight
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers
Work closely with GPs, consultants, and the wider healthcare team
Follow and adapt care plans to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care

A valid NMC registration (RN)
Right to work in UK, no sponsorship
Must have a UK Driving License & own vehicle  
Experience in complex care, community, or domiciliary nursing (preferred)
Confidence with jej care and overnight clinical monitoring
The ability to remain awake, alert, and proactive throughout night shifts
Strong communication skills and professional judgement
