We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (Care ) to join our team, providing high-quality nursing care while leading and supporting colleagues on shift.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, dignity, and wellbeing of every resident, combining hands‑on clinical care with strong leadership and guidance for the wider care team.
Your key responsibilities:- Deliver professional, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Assess, plan, and implement personalised, person-centred care plans
- Monitor residents’ physical health, mental wellbeing, and cognitive changes
- Liaise with GPs, nurses, and other external healthcare professionals
- Lead and support care teams on shift, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Supervise and mentor Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants
- Conduct staff supervisions and support ongoing development
- Ensure safe and effective medication management in line with NMC guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Respond to incidents, safeguarding concerns, and clinical changes appropriately
- Support inductions and training for new staff
- Step in to provide senior cover when require
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high standards of care
- Experience in care homes or working with older people (desirable)
- Confident leading teams and supporting staff development
- Skilled in care planning, risk assessments, and clinical decision-making
- Compassionate, patient, and person-centred in your approach
- Committed to continuous professional development
Bank hours contract (to cover absences, sickness and holidays)
