Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Complex Cancer Late Effects Rehabilitation Service in Bath. You will assess, plan and coordinate specialist care for patients with persistent pain and long-term effects of cancer treatment, delivering care via face-to-face, virtual and telephone consultations.
The role will involve working autonomously within the MDT, contributing to education, quality improvement and research to enhance survivorship
