Overview

A Chef de Partie is required for an award-winning, fine dining restaurant in the historic city of Bath.

• Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and maintain a great attitude while learning new skills.
• Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen.
• Be experienced in running your own section.
• Contribute to maintaining consistency across the kitchen.
• Support the Head Chef in nurturing the brigade and upholding a calm and professional kitchen environment.

• Experience with in an a la carte or Rosette kitchen is required due to the skill level of the role.
• Proven experience in a high-quality kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
