Salary: per year (DOE) monthly service charge (2000 per year) management bonus

Hours: Full-time – mix of day, evening and weekend shifts

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly professional and engaging Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team and oversee service across both dining outlets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the property’s excellent reputation, delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring that every guest experience is consistently exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team across all dining areas
  • Maintain consistently high standards of service and guest care
  • Develop strong menu knowledge and confidently support guest recommendations
  • Recruit, train and mentor team members, embedding a strong service culture
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operational management
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and senior management to deliver seamless service
  • Support rota planning, labour management and operational efficiency
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring proactive service recovery
About You
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leader in a high‑quality hotel or restaurant
  • Comfortable managing both fine‑dining and casual dining operations
  • Warm, confident communicator with a strong guest‑focused approach
  • Organised, proactive and hands‑on with flexibility to work mixed shifts
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and team development
  • Able to foster a positive, collaborative culture across all departments
