• Supervise the bar team and ensure every shift runs smoother than a well‑poured martini
• Deliver exceptional service and unforgettable drinks - from morning coffees to late‑night cocktails
• Train, support, and inspire the Bar & Restaurant team to keep standards sky‑high and spirits even higher
• Manage stock and the occasional curveball with calm professionalism
• Be the friendly face guests remember - and the one they toast to

• Experienced in bar service, with a knack for leading teams and mixing magic in our recently refurbished cocktail bar
• Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details
• Creative and wants to help the F&B Manager with writing the cocktail menu
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest‑focused
