• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks

• Strong understanding of food safety practices and willingness to adhere to them
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
