We’re looking for an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house across our two distinctive dining outlets:

• The Pantry Restaurant – relaxed, seasonal dining
• The Priory Restaurant – fine dining for breakfast, afternoon tea, and celebratory dinners

You’ll also oversee meetings and events operations, as well as room service, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about outstanding food, fine wine, and running a dining room with confidence, warmth, and flair. Working closely with our Executive Chef and senior management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest journey while leading and inspiring a high‑performing team.

• We serve a lot of yummy dishes, so we ask that you get to know the menu, that way you can advise our guests, if they ask for help.
• When we need new team members, you will recruit the best staff for your team.
• Have the pleasure of training our new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.

• Salary up to £50,000
• Approx. £2,500 in service charge & gratuities
• Management bonus scheme

• Pantry Restaurant: 40+ covers + additional 40+ seats on the Garden Terrace. All‑day dining (7 days a week)
• Priory Restaurant: 50+ covers (3 AA Rosettes). Breakfast, Afternoon Tea everyday, and Dinner Service (Wednesday‑Sunday)
• Located at the heart of our 33‑bedroom hotel (1 Michelin Key, 5 AA Red Star)

• 7 full‑time and 16 part‑time/casual FOH staff (including you)
