Right in the heart of Bath, the UK's best city, officially, there's The Bird Grill. A proper one. Live fire, smoke in the air and the best produce the South West can offer sizzling over the top of it.
The grill is the heart of The Bird, our boutique hotel with a bold personality, and we're looking for the chef who'll stand rant rooms, a sun-drenched terrace and big personalities all orbit around one thing: cooking over fire, done brilliantly. Whole fish over embers. Aged beef kissed by flame. Vegetables straight on the grate. Fresh, local and seasonal.
