Mokoko in Bath is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Newark Works bakery near the river. You will join the production team and work under the Head Baker to create hand-made viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads.
This part-time role offers a 3-5 day week, with early starts from 6:00am, and an emphasis on a healthy work-life balance inside a busy, craft-focused bakery. Flexibility and reliability are valued as we serve our thoughtful menu to customers daily.
