• Deliver a standout shopping experience by understanding each customer’s needs and helping them find the right outdoor gear.
• Take pride in the store’s appearance and work with your team to create a welcoming and inspiring environment.
• Build trusted product knowledge through expert training and hands‑on experience to offer reliable advice.
• Learn and deliver specialist services such as gait analysis, boot fitting, and rucksack fitting – you’ll receive all the training you need.
• Maintain a smooth running store by keeping shelves tidy, products easy to see, and the stockroom neat and organised.
• Work within a flexible team, with weekend shifts included, to support customers when they need us most.
• Use regular learning and development opportunities to grow your skills and confidence.

• Communicates well and can talk to different kinds of people.
• Is organised and can handle more than one task at a time.
• Is eager to learn about the outdoors and the products we sell.

Our zero‑hour contracts provide flexibility to work varying hours each week. Rotas are published four weeks in advance, and you should confirm your availability in line with this. There is no commitment to work every week, but you will need to work regularly to remain an active colleague and be offered work.

• Starting salary of £13.24 per hour (£11.58 per hour if you’re under 21).
