Availability

Availability windows:
Wed 07:00-15:00, Fri 07:00-15:00, Sat 07:00-15:00. Pay starts from £13.28 an hour; increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work fewer hours down to a minimum of 12.

We schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks’ notice of exact shift dates.

We also support flexibility; if your availability is close to the advertised times, please apply.

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
• Display passion and knowledge about the products and services within the store.
• Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that benefit customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Track store performance, understand your contribution, and work to drive service and sales while reducing waste, shrink and delivering profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition.
• Live the company values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
• Deliver great service, greet customers with a smile and serve them with pride; build rapport so they leave with a great shopping trip.
• Take initiative and make right decisions for customers; work well in a team, communicate openly, build colleague relationships, foster team spirit and celebrate success.
• Be punctual, well presented and ready as a brand ambassador.
