Store Supervisor Sweaty Betty

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories with operations across approximately 200 countries and territories.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and service‑oriented individual to support the store management team and serve as the interim point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager. The candidate should act as a role model, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate strong product knowledge and commitment to excellence.

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash‑handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.

• Demonstrated success in retail sales.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
