Job Overview

Responsibilities- Ensure the highest standard of customer experience across all interactions.
- Provide administrative support for all leasing activity and day‑to‑day operations.
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding renewals, rent negotiations and tenancy agreements.
- Conduct regular market research to inform rent and tenancy decisions.
- Ensure applications are completed accurately and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Receptionist or Front‑of‑House.
- Strong administrative skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.

- Hybrid working model – 3 days at home after initial training period.
- Fixed‑term contract until August 2027.
- Worksite:
Touchstone Bath – Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00. - Basic DBS check is mandatory.
