Tesco is seeking a Store Shift Lead to supervise and support frontline teams, ensuring excellent service and efficient store operations. You’ll work across departments, handle daily decisions, and act as the manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
The role requires in-store leadership experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and a passion for customer care. Availability windows include evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and 3 weeks’ notice for shifts.
