Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Store Manager for our Bath store on a fixed-term contract (Aug 2026–Jun 2027). This 32-hour/ week role covers 4 days with weekends and some evenings, on-site.
You will lead customer experiences, manage a small team, handle budgets and marketing plans, and drive store performance in a dynamic retail environment.
