The Role As Store Manager , you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance. You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, setting high standards across customer experience, team performance, visual presentation and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching and developing the retail team. Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance. Delivering a premium customer experience and building strong customer relationships. Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation. Managing stock, operations and compliance. Recruiting, developing and retaining talented colleagues. Creating a positive, engaging and high-performing store environment. Taking ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.

What We're Looking For You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or specialist retail. We're looking for someone with:
Strong leadership and people development skills. A genuine passion for customer service. A commercial approach with experience of achieving sales targets. Confidence working with KPIs and using them to improve performance. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example. The confidence to deliver a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
