We are delighted to be supporting a highly respected, long‑established UK mortgage brokerage, currently experiencing significant national growth. As such we are searching for several experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join their expanding team.

• Fee‑free advice model that drives high customer trust and strong conversion

• £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE)
• 40% commission (commission earned once you bank £10.5k)
• Strong earning potential across both mortgage and protection business

• Managing a steady flow of pre‑qualified, high‑intent leads

• Fully CeMAP‑qualified
• Proven experience as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely customer‑focused approach
• Comfortable working independently, remotely, or within a hybrid setup
• Someone who values quality advice over pressure‑based selling
